I have rashes on my penis foreskin. It's like pimples and inside the fold. I got it checked earlier and the doctor told me it's normal infection (eczema) and prescribed an antibiotic tropical ointment. It was completely healed after a few weeks. What kind of doctor should I consult? Is it a normal dermatologist or someone else? Also, what's your initial diagnosis of it and what potential treatment do you suggest? Thanks.
