I tried physiotherapy for 45 days after my plaster was removed but the physiotherapist was Applying huge force bec of which my hand became Even more stiff. What shoulder i do

Avoid use of excessive force causing pain. Fomentation with warm water will help. Do active exercises. Do no massage. Take paracetamol  if pain bothers.
