Most likely muscle spasm. During pain , avoid any strenous movement. Take Myotop- P / ETOSINE MR( muscle relaxant) twice daily for 3-5 days. Once pain reduces, do regular exercise, stretching to prevent recurrences.

Aapke symptoms (lower back se thigh tak radiating pain) nerve-related pain (lumbar radiculopathy/sciatica) bhi ho sakta hai, sirf muscle strain nahi. As an orthopaedic resident, I commonly see such cases and most improve with conservative management. Abhi ke liye: - Prolonged sitting aur bending avoid karein - Hot fomentation + light exercises karein Agar pain persist kare ya numbness/tingling ho, to proper clinical evaluation zaroori hai. If you want, I can guide you further after a detailed assessment.

Most likely it is a muscle pull or teat. Take flexon m.r one every 8hours for 5 days. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 5 days. Tab neurobion forte one daily for 10 days. Avoid bending, lifting or pushing heavy weights. Get mri backbone done to confirm the lesion.

Likely muscle/nerve pain (like sciatica or posture strain) causing radiating pain to back and thigh. Avoid long sitting, do light stretching, use hot fomentation + pain relief medicine if needed. If pain persists or increases, consult me for proper check and treatment.

More likely its due to muscle strain. You need physical examination by general physician.
