I am feeling fast heart beat often now a days... I weigh 78 kg.. Lipid profile, ECG and ECHO normal... Chest pain was there but doctor said very less it's cardiac.. what could be reason..

You didn't mention your heart rate. You have had all the sophisticated investigations some of which are actually done by a Cardiologist. Apparently even he could not find a cause for your fast heart rate. Please consult him again.
