If you have been vaccinated, and your dog has been vaccinated. And as per the quality of your picture, there doesn't seem to be breach of skin, then you don't require any other booster doses for minor scratches that don't break the skin barrier. (Taking into consideration it's your own pet dog and you get the dog vaccinated on regular basis)
