Question about tsh

Tsh levels are 4.4 rest all of thyroid like t3 t4 and anti tpo are in normal ranges. Upon checking the normal levels for tsh it ranges from 0.3 to 4.20, will still require medication for getting pregnant or otherwise?

If you are planning to get pregnant, it is preferable that the TSH is less than 4. However, since this is borderline, repeat TSH only after a month, if it is more than 4, consult an endocrinologist
