My baby is 51 days old, exclusively formula-fed, and drinks about 90 mL every 2.5 hours. The pediatrician has prescribed Uprise D3 0.5 mL once daily and Bevon 0.5 mL once daily.
Should I give both supplements? Could the vitamin D in the formula + Uprise D3 + Bevon result in excessive vitamin D intake? Please advise whether both supplements are necessary for an exclusively formula-fed baby.

Simultaneously combining multiple vitamin-D-containing drops alongside fortified infant formula increases the cumulative risk of exceeding the safe upper limits for an infant.
