Query regarding breast feeding

My baby is 3 + months old. I breast feed her. Can I eat mixed seeds? Please suggest. Will eating mixed seeds (flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, watermelon seeds) create negative impact on my baby?

No having mixed seeds won't affect quality of your breastmilk. Breastmilk is best for babies. Exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is recommended.
