And enlargement of lymph nodes is not a good sign.   You should get the tooth removed as it has troubled you earlier and now also it's in the same condition.   You can also share an iopa xray or any image of the area if you have.

Hello. Yes, decayed wisdom teeth do tend to cause throat infection and feel like your tonsils are swollen. it is advised to get that infectious tooth removed as soon as may may create a swelling on that concerned area and dont take random medications for the same visit a doctor and evaluate the problem
