I want to ask about cooking oil.as there are so many option in the market now a days which cooking oil is better to use refined or non refined oils like mustard oil.which type of oil is good health?
For cooking oil ,it's suggested to use white oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids like pufa it mufa. So better olive oil, saffola, rice bran , now days , a combination of rice bran + olive oil ready edible oils available for all time safe , Healthy Cook of all time Foods.
