Query about clot and D dimer

There is swelling in both feet since day before yesterday,the swelling has increased today.. Injection Warfarin was not given due to high INR(3.6),high Pt(29.2),High APTT(80) Does positive d dimer means I'm at risk of embolism?Please tell Kindly see the test results and tell me what needs to be done..Please help me

Your deep veins are normal,only superficial vens are blocked D dimer elevated but as deep veins are normal no need to worry If you have respiratory symptoms or chest pain ,consult pulmonologist
