Pus in the gum above gum

I have a small pus accumulation in the jaw bone above the gum. There is no evident infection or pain. Is it because of tooth decay? What should I do to treat it?

A picture is very helpful in these situations for diagnosis of the problem. However pus accumulation is not a good sign. It indicates an infection. It could be due to tooth decay or food accumulation.
Next Steps
Get a video consult on practo or visit your dentist to get it diagnosed at the earliest
Health Tips
Use a medicated mouthwash twice daily
