My mum has a problem that people are talking about her. I have already consult u previously and u have suggested me medicine sulpisac. But now my mum is not ready to come to consult. So i just want to confirm if i am use the same medicine.

You need to see a psychiatrist to get meds changed. Please see if you can arrange for a home visit by a psychiatrist.
