Sir/madam, I go for sports so i need a protein supplement that does not contain banned substances where i do not face any problem like:doping test. Recently,i have come across on whey protein where it written that “Trusted by sports”.Can i use it Thank you

Hi , Its better that you cn use international brands .. because it doesnt have any anabolics in it ... ! For furthur suggestion you can consult as i am also a nutritionist moreover a national sports person !
