Problems after quitting gutkha

Hi.. I was gutkha chewer for 10 years, Now i have developed white patches in mouth which are decreasing now and having oral pain in cheeks, Painless Cuts and sores are not healing from 2 months, having pain while swallowing. Kindly suggest some medicines.

Hi you have problem of OSMF. take Kenacort Ointment for relief., apply on wound twice daily for 5 days. you need to take anti oxidant tablets, Tab. Lycostar once a day for at least 3 months. visit to nearest Dental Care ,get it checked Completely. Depending on severity , different treatments are done.

stop eating Gutka etc, avoid spicy or very hot food, eat more Tomatoes .
