When I sit on bed with crossed legs it causes pain and unbalanced of body . How to get relief from this issue?

Hi sir. Where do you feel pain when you sit with crossed legs on bed? Is it in the back or hips, knee etc. Also imbalance is created means either your legs are not supported properly or something else ?
