You might require a saliva substitute. What suddenly caused it? Are you taking any medicines?

The most common cause of dry mouth is generalized dehydration of the body. Your first time should be in the direction of correcting the state of hydration. Drink more water so that this problem can be rectified. Other causes of dry mouth need to be evaluated through a proper clinical examination and a detailed history including any drug history for any illness that you are having. Tissue integrity is definitely compromised in cases of dry mouth and that leads to increased frequency and intensity of oral ulcers. Regards.
