Based on the symptoms and photo, this looks like minor thermal/food burn or irritation of the hard palate, commonly caused by hot, spicy, or hard foods. What to do: • Avoid hot, spicy, and hard foods for a few days • Rinse with lukewarm salt water 2–3 times daily • Maintain good oral hygiene • It usually heals on its own within 7–10 days If the burning or lesion persists beyond 10–14 days, worsens, or ulcerates, consult a dentist for examination.

This looks like you have had a trauma in the palate, any recent incidents which you have noted? For now, try applying honey, glycerine or mucopain gel on the affected area which will soothen it. In case if it does not reduce or aggravate please visit your nearby dentist.
