I had cavity in my first right molar tooth of lower jaw and left it untreated but from 3 days it suddenly started paining. I went to the doctor and he suggested to have rct for the same till then provided me some medications of anti biotics and pain killers. After taking that medicine, my toothache vanished but next day i had mild pain in the same tooth with the swelling gums in the region of that tooth. So please suggest me solution for this...

U have to go for rct. There is no other option to relieve the pain. Moreover it can be well understood by seeing the case clinically or u can share ur x ray for more clear treatment plan

Hello...taking  the course of medicine is not a cure for your problem, the tresh hold of your pain will be just undercontrol with the antibiotic and painkiller,,your problem will not resolve  permanantly untill you get root canal treatment done...either today or tomorrow but anyhow u have to fo for the treatment, that is the only  final solution to your complain.

As your dentist has already advised you, you need to get an RCT for that tooth. Painkillers and antibiotics only suppress the problem.
