First time my period got delayed by 1 week and I am getting all pregnancy symptoms and so much nausea and dizziness as well. Me and my husband are trying to conceive from past 2 months. I thought maybe u am pregnant so took pregnancy test today but result is negative. I had full body check up 2 days back, I have low bp and weight issue remaining all results are fine. I don't have thyroid, PCOD or PCOS as well. Ultrasound is normal. What is happening to me? I am stressed and don't know what to do.
