Pregnancy risk

Please let me know when can precum cause pregnancy? Can precum cause pregnancy only if it's inside the vagina or outside also? If there was no penetration or ejaculation of the semen at all, is there a possibility that the sperm cells will swim from the outside to the inside? Can it cause pregnancy? What are the chances?

Even before ejaculation if there are some secretions from penis, they may contain sperms and chances of pregnancy are there. All these other points that there was no penetration and ejaculation are hypothetical because in the heat of the moment the lady may not even know what all happened.

Precum does contain sperms, but sperm doesn’t travel by air . Penetration with/without ejaculation can cause pregnancy
