Pregnancy- low lying placenta

Hi all, in my nt scan, the report shows that my placenta is low lying and reaching internal os.is this something to get worried...please advise

NT scan - you might have done at 12 weeks of pregnancy. Now you need not to worry about bleeding and all. Mostly it will be corrected when the baby grows. Relax. Enjoy your motherhood.
