Hi ,
Start timing your menstrual cycle (can use an app on your phone or pen and paper).
Most women ovulate 14 days before menses and when you start trying to get
pregnant, plan for intercourse every other day starting about 4-5 days before ovulation (day 1 is the first day of your period and counting the rest of the days after that). Sperm in the vagina before ovulation yields the highest likelihood of conception.
There is only a 20% chance of getting pregnant every month in women under 30 years of age (in women over 30 years of age, this number is lower), so please try not to get too concerned if you don’t get pregnant the first months of trying to conceive.
You can also talk to your doctor about keenness to track ovulation through certain tests -
LH kit at home , folliculometry,
Thank you .
All the best
