Asked for Female, 34 Years

My first delivery was 6 years ago which was a preterm delivery. The delivery was normal at 7 months. Due to water back leakage and I also had placenta previa issues. Now I am planning a pregnancy again but I am very scared of it. Can you help me in suggesting whether I should plan the next pregnancy or not and what are the chances that my next pregnancy will be safe and there will be no premature delivery.

You can plan another pregnancy. You will need a close follow up and if required a cervical stitch might be placed to prevent premature delivery.
