I am 13 weeks pregnant, is it okay if I have having chicken tikka pizza? I am really craving for it. I didn't had pizza throughout this last 4 months. So can I have it now? And is it safe for my baby? Please let me know thank you.

You can have Chicken Tikka Pizza once in a while as long as you pay your own money. If it is a part of freebies, you are likely to overindulge and gain a lot of weight which may lead to many complications during pregnancy.
