Homeopathy treatment is better or surgery will be better for preauricular sinus problem. If surgery then, what is the surgical cost and how much time it will take to cure. If Homeopathy, then suggest good Homeopathy treatment, which I can start on immediate basis

Surgery is the only treatment for pre auricular sinus as this is an anatomical issue not a medical one ... Meds can only help treat infection but the cause of that is the sinus which if left there will alwaz keep on getting infected unless removed
