Is it ok to take pre-workout supplement daily ? Also is it ok to consume protein powder even if the workout is not very rigorous?

Protein powder or supplement is a kind of supporting intake of protein.in general those doing heavy exercises to complete protein intake tking extra protein powder...if u r eating enough protein food and not too rigorous workout than no need protein supplements..just eat good smount of protein meal. Supplements are safe only with the tendency of absorption. For Absorption you must have a 4 hrs in a week schedule for exercise.

Take protein supplements after workout. No if your workout is not very rigorous don't take protein powder. Take good quality protein diet.
