Hi you have lack of concentration in studies, when you didn't fulfilled your goal for particular day you are feeling very restless and fantasies a different world where no challenge left for you or a world which are away from realty so don't worry about that. First you work upon your concentration problem here are some tips-
* Whenever these type of thoughts come to your mind you have to tell yourself that "be here".
* Set your daily routine where you assign a particular time for imagination.
* Don't sit at one place for longer period
* Take break in every one or two hour so through your movements blood flowing in your brain it improve your concentration.
