Sir, My age is 33 Present iam not taking any medcine, Last month I have checked My hba1c 6.1 Fasting 97 Pp 125 Doctor told u r in pre diabetes stage. Again I tested after 3 months Hba1c 5.5 Fasting 90 Pp 130 My dout, Now iam diabetic or non diabetic. Shall I eat rice and sweets. Plz tell me sir, Thanks
