Practising yoga on bed

I practice yoga and few asanas...out of which 5 asanas are performed by laying down...is it harmful to practice yoga on bed...my mattress is not that soft though...pls answer so that it can help...

Yoga and Asan mast be done on earth. Soft surface may be harmful to your core in some poses. So do it in garden/open place or in room with good ventilation on flore/earth.

First of all in yoga place and aasan is most important.For good results in yoga one should have a open space or room having good ventilation.Aasan for yoga should be hard and stable. Bed is not suitable.
