It is a natural phenomenon to get postnatal or postpartum depression. It happens due to sudden hormonal change after child birth which all of a sudden gives all qualities of being mother to a new born baby.
It is also named by Baby blue as it gives a sudden transformation to the mother to nourish and grow another life in her lap.🙂
Because You go through this phase, we are blessed to have an angel in our life called mom.
Who ever women go through this phase have the rights to see any child as her child. Because the process is like that.
Coming to your problem
Postpartum depression is possible between 4 to 8 months. Some women have this for more than 1 year also. But gradually it will come down. So dont worry. You need to relax your mind and just go with the flow of being a parent. Listen to binaural natural relaxing music's. Very importantly, either go for mild walk or do simple exercises along with simple breathing practices.
Still if you feel uncomfortable, then please visit any psychiatrist and request anti depressant which are compatible for a feeding mother.
