Second grade, episiotomy, difficult birth on 5 June. Stich completely gone confirm doctor after Times visits. Stich gobe but gap open , later closed weeks ago by using placentra gel , then perenium incision line skin tore twice , 1 after sex and 1 after workout. Then took medicine to stop bleeding. Now it's been weeks ago everything closed , doctor checked vaginal canal no problem. But I'm still feeling little ache perenium , and my Vagina why get tore easily , had sex second time , no tore , just soreness. I don't have pee or poop problem. But my butt while muscle ache especially when I sit little longer and stay for long time . My inside vagina (not perenium) get sting and itches sometimes when it's get wet my sweats etc .. so why vagina is sensitive, why perenium still ache and why my whole butt get ache very easily ? What to do ???m

Tissue that's healed after tearing and stitches can stay more sensitive for months, and gluteal or pelvic floor ache after sitting is a common, often overlooked part of that recovery, not a sign of a new problem.
Next Steps
A pelvic floor physiotherapist can specifically assess and treat this kind of lingering ache, which general gynae checks don't always target.
