After the second sitting of root canal is it normal to have an irritation on the tooth..a feeling like something got stuck inside it and u just want to remove it of.

Yes it's common for a tooth to have irritation and sensitivity even after root canal treatment which usually subsides within a couple of days. Complete the dose of the medication prescribed by your dentist.

Hi...it is usually normal to have pain post root canal treatment !! But second sitting of RCT means is your treatment complete or not ...if Complete then there can be pain or irritation which will subside after few days ,till then you can take painkillers. Not complete then there can be irritation ...plz inform your dr ...n take the prescribed medication.
Next Steps
check whether filling done (temporary or permanent) can sometimes give irritation. complete full 5 day course of antibiotics and painkillers.
