I have had emergency c section its abt to b three months plz advice me some exercise which I can do safe one thank u

First of all you should start walking regularly it's help alot...later on pelvic floor exercises..also back strengthening

You can start with the following exercises 1. Pelvic floor exercise 2. Diaphragmatic breathing 3. swiss ball bird dog hold 4. walking 5. Glute bridge 6. Post partum planks 7. Cat cow pose.
