Post mtp issue

Its been 3 months since my mtp of 9 weeks pregnancy which was Done on 21st August 2023 so I was advised not to excersise or pick weights for 3 months but I have started gaining a lot of weight since my mtp and my stomach looks way more bulky than before I used to be around 55 and now I am 59 in 3 months I am working out in my House and today while doing crunches after some time I started having slight pricking pain near my lower abdomen so i stopped what should I do and how Should I lose weight

55 to 59  that is 4 kg in 3 months is not excessive weight gain. It is just due the rest advised to you that you have gained It can be reduced by diet modification,yoga and walking

Since you have stopped exercising and suddenly restarted you will have pain , start slowly and increase gradually and healthy diet,hotis your periods is it regular

To lose weight you need a calorie deficit diet count your calories and start walking a brisk walk should help you in abortion there are no stitches so the picking pain is not because of the abortion you under went three months ago

Go get a thorough check up done including sonography abdomen , hormones like thyroid And If only wt gain is an issue

1) strict diet 2) modify Excercise You should loose wt with strict diet and regular exercise Intermittent fasting is good way to loose wt
