I am a diabetic patients my fasting blood sugar varies from 100-150 I am also a post covid patient I want to know what diet should I take to become healthy since I am very weak and I also have acidity problem so what fruit and vegetables should I include in my diet and what should I not include

Post covid people are facing this blood sugar fluctuations. Small and frequent meal is important. Eat soft food don't include heavy protein which will aggrevate acidity problem. Hi High protein diet , high fibre diet, can consume apples, pears, watermelon, musk melons, papaya, kiwi, all citrus fruit varieties, little bit of pomegranate, strawberries, guava , lichee lit bit as now it’s in season , jamun etc.., You can consume sprouts, all variety millets like Ragi, jowar , bajra etc… oats, whole wheat rotis with bran, whole cereal grains, whole pulses, legumes, almonds, pista, walnuts, seeds , toned or double toned milk with less fat… No to white rice , white polished products etc… You can consume all the above mentioned liberally and adequately without hesitation.. And increase your protein intake as much as you can now and follow the same until your weakness completely subsides.. till that time continue the same diet.. Drink plenty of water, coconut water ( not sweet) , barley water, ORS electral powder for sometime, and juices from the fruits mentioned above without straining the pulp and fibre from the juice can have directly without the addition of sugar or honey or jaggery.
