It's been 1.5 months of my ceasrian delivery, how much time will it take to recover me internally. And when I can start intercourse

You can start sexual intimacy even now. Healing is a continuous process. Your healing 5 days after the operation is better than what it was 4 days after the operation. Similarly healing on day 100 is better than what it was on day 99 And so on. No one can say at any stage that "no further progress and improvement is possible"

Usually body comes back to normal slowly by 6 weeks after birth.. eat healthy protein rich diet and start some light strength excercises to strengthen your muscles.
