Porn addiction

Even though I work tirelessly I am addicted to porn I masturbate minimum once a day often otherwise I feel like a headache. I tried many things to get rid of it or to be channelized. But I can't . Kindly help with a practical solution.

To madtiri ate and watch porn is normal but when it starts causing you symptoms like headache it is something which needs to be taken care of. Please consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Some behavioural therapy can help you with the porn addiction
