Your problem has started with your over working. More than what you can do. You need to relax and have some good rest.
If you do late night studies, please take care of your posture and ensure that you sleep for atleast 6 hours daily at nights.
Nothing can be compromised with night sleep.
Also do not eat non vegetarian foods after 5 pm and increase the intake of water.
