You can give liv 52 syrup. But this is not the treatment of constipation. Some changes in daily diet routine is needed. If needed some medicine it'll be advised

What kind of food and milk you are giving matters. 2 year old child can eat everything from fruits, vegetables.Everything should be fresh and homemade. Complete no to biscuits and junk food. Some kids like salty preprations and some sweet.

Please get the cross check for lactose intolerance, and inflammatory celiac disease. Adding unnecessary fluid may dilute digestive juices and may lead to further damage. Also cross check for protozoal or worm infestation which is common. Once you figure out the real problem only then give some treatment. Don't give Liv 52 like. It may damage delicate intestinal mucosa of the child. Also the gut development.
