Pooping only mucus

Since last two days I'm having urge to pass stool, but only brownish and yellow mucus comes out first (no blood) followed by little amount of stool. These two days went to washroom 4-5 times especially during night. I also have mild abdominal pain before passing stoo. What is this about? Kindly help.
