I have polyps in both nose ,i am suffering from allergy with dust,cold i used fluticasone nosal spray from 3 months bt not completely relif( only relif when used) wt can i do

Hi The condition you mentioned is ethmoidal polyposis. You rightly mentioned it is due to the allergy... If this condition doest subside by medication then this should be addressed by surgery and then long term sprays for nose. Regards
