Hi Do I need to get this polyp removed. I wanted to conceive..Will it create a problem. The size is 0.8 *0.3 cm

Polyp can be a problem in fertility..better to get removed for good results. These polyp gets infected and may cause inflammation and any inflammation in uterus will hinder fertility directly and indirectly. Hope  you got your answer.
