Polycystic ovary pcom

I did usg because was getting pain in abdomen even after periods ended and also irregular periods My usg report shows below Both the ovaries are bulky in size and contain multiple small follicles arranged peripherally with thick echogenic stroma. Right ovary measures : 37.6 mm x 30.0 mm x 29.5 mm, volume = 17.4 cc. Left ovary measures: 29.6 mm x 24.3 mm x 33.4 mm, volume = 12.6 cc. ADNEXA: Adnexa appear clear with no obvious mass lesion could be detected IMPRESSION: 1. Bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology ( PCOM ). Clinical correlation and further relevant investigation is suggested. Can you explain whats the concern?
