From the ECG image it appears that he had a old septal myocardial infarction.Though it says left anterior fascicular block ,it doesn't fulfill all criteria. You have not mentioned the reason for requesting the ECG.As he seems to be 79 years ,he should be seen by a cardiologist to correlate.
