LDL is slightly high. Can be managed through Diet.
Take Fat Free Diet
Regular exercise atleast for 45 minutes
Avoid Oily Spicy Smoked and Deep Fried Food
Avoid Chillies Papad Pickles etc
Avoid Maida Products
Avoid Aerated Drinks
Take plenty of fluids
Regularise sleep for 6 hours.
Total Cholesterol is ok.
HDL is also fine.
Uric acid and
Creatinine levels are fine.
TSH is fine
BP is also ok as per age.
Hemoglobin is low. But need to identify the cause of low hemoglobin which can be because of less dietary intake of iron or there can be some minor stomach infection or Parasitic Infection leading to internal bleeding, can also be due to some blood related disorder.
Next Steps
Do the following tests : Iron Profile and Stool for Occult Blood. Depending on the reports some other tests might be prescribed to come to a proper diagnosis.
For the time being take Haem up syrup: 10 ml once daily 2 hours after meal for 2-3 months along with Limcee tablet as
Vitamin C helps in iron absorption.
