LDL is slightly high. Can be managed through Diet. Take Fat Free Diet Regular exercise atleast for 45 minutes Avoid Oily Spicy Smoked and Deep Fried Food Avoid Chillies Papad Pickles etc Avoid Maida Products Avoid Aerated Drinks Take plenty of fluids Regularise sleep for 6 hours. Total Cholesterol is ok. HDL is also fine. Uric acid and Creatinine levels are fine. TSH is fine BP is also ok as per age. Hemoglobin is low. But need to identify the cause of low hemoglobin which can be because of less dietary intake of iron or there can be some minor stomach infection or Parasitic Infection leading to internal bleeding, can also be due to some blood related disorder.
Next Steps
Do the following tests : Iron Profile and Stool for Occult Blood. Depending on the reports some other tests might be prescribed to come to a proper diagnosis. For the time being take Haem up syrup: 10 ml once daily 2 hours after meal for 2-3 months along with Limcee tablet as Vitamin C helps in iron absorption.
Health Tips
Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water. Regular exercise atleast for 30 minutes Regularise sleep for 6 hours Avoid Oily Spicy Smoked and Deep Fried Food Avoid Maida Products Avoid Chillies Papad Pickles etc Consult under Practo in case of emergency
