The scan shows a pseudo gestational sac or an "early gestational sac" (that means it doesn't correspond in size to the size as per the last period ).
Either way, it shows that the patient had an Intrauterine gestation. If that be so, it, by default, excludes an ectopic pregnancy because a twin pregnancy it is a rare phenomenon to find one Intrauterine and one extra uterine pregnancy.
She has a corpus luteum cyst in the right ovary.
In short, she is not a patient who should be taken up for an emergency laparotomy for an ectopic pregnancy. She should be investigated further by another ultrasound scan after a week to see how the vascularity around corpus luteum progresses.
