I suggest you should go for TVS. Your ultrasound report, except for a small TO Mass is normal. The Sonologist did not concentrate on the lesion but has spent too much time on normal findings. If you go for TVS then we can get a much better idea about TO Mass.

Needs detailed history R u sexually active? Age? It says these is a mass in the left adenexal region Cud be a mass ? Or a fibrod Needs detailed history for an exact diagnosis
