Heart rate is very fast. Could be due to stress. To rule out any pathologic underlying cause,  get Cardiac echo,  thyroid function tests and blood sugar, Haemoglobin done Then consult online.

Please consult a Cardiologist in your area for a physical examination. I feel you should get your 2 D Echo done. If required a TMT will also be done.          Further advice will depend on the findings of investigations but surely you should not ignore this ECG.
