Please visit a gynecologist for proper assessment. The Gynecologist will need certain details from you like , your last menstrual period date, when was the pregnancy test done to confirm pregnancy and if u have experienced any pain or bleeding in pregnancy. The ultrasound result will then be interpreted in the light of clinical findings and previous test results.

If u are not sure of your period dates and no previous assessment or dating of pregnancy was done then repeating the ultrasound in a weeks time would be reasonable if advised by your treating gynecologist

Repeat ultrasound after 1 week. If still no yolk sac or fetal pole then it means pregnancy is missed or miscarried. U need to undergo d and e or it can be done through medicine also. The procedure is for removal of pregnancy products
